The room was not clean. The TV didn’t work and when I went to the front desk to let them know, I would have called but the phone in the room didn’t work, they brought keys for us to move to another room at 10 pm asked they swap out the tv with much resistance it was swapped out. The lady was very rude because we didn’t want to back and move all of our stuff.

The facility did not have an elevator. It was two-story and I am in my 70s. It was difficult to get my belongings from the room and back to my car. I was in the breakfast room at the midpoint of the breakfast time and the eggs were gone, I was able to find enough to eat and was satisfied. I don’t think enough attention was given to this area during the time breakfast is served.
