Negatives: Got there to check in was told they need me to wait a little bit longer as they finish cleaning my room. So I finally get to check in and I go to my room, it was only cleaned half ass. The floor had not been swept in any shape or fashion forked way and the comforter on bed had stains on it. If you are gonna tell a customer your cleaning the room then actually clean it and don’t do it half ass

Negatives: Everything

Negatives: The only decent front desk person was a woman. The man at the front desk was unbelievable. There are people working on cars at all hours of the night in the parking lot and from the looks of it they are associated with the management. The employees always Park their cars right under the entryway carport which I've never seen at a hotel EVER and is just inconvenient for guests. They don't even offer a paid late check out. They have some kind of silent witness hotline for dog crap being left in the grass and the signs are so tacky basically telling guests that they can get $20 off their stay if they can identify who's leaving the pet waste. Again something I've never seen at any other hotel location. The halls and common areas are gross and unkept and there's just an all over dingy appearance. Honestly it should be a better price than it is. There are better weekly rates through wyndham and choice that actually include a breakfast. The phone in my room didn't work and the table was extremely weak and about to fall apart and the couch smells like it had several dogs on it without being properly cleaned. The only working elevator is by the office and it is a massive two building hotel and I happen to be on the very end of the second building so coming and leaving was extremely hard due to staying there an extended amount of time and having a lot of belongings with me. Also a couple times I had accidentally left my key in my room and asked for another one and they hassled about bringing it back immediately. I don't know why it wouldn't have been sufficient to just leave it in the room when I left but apparently their room keys are like gold to them.

Negatives: No check inn on

Negatives: My room smelled like onions and dirty socks, the couch look like seven people had died on it, and it was just all around creepy. The only few people I saw inside look like they were from the movie the hills have eyes.  I had originally made a reservation for four days I never I never even stayed there the next morning I went to the desk and tried to cancel the last three days. I still have not received my money back, even though I only had the room checked out in my name for one day one night, and I never even stayed there.

Negatives: The beds were not that comfortable

Negatives: Bed was way tooo HARD woke up with back hurting horribly!

Negatives: The sink was broken

Negatives:  I will never return there

Negatives:  Everything I would never stay there nor recommend my worst enemy stay there They had a lobby full of other guest with the same complaint, and I heard them trying to pet him. It was just that room, even though we were always in the same complaints.
