I checked a day early and was told I would get a refund for remaining day but never received anything. Upon arrival office doors were closed and I asked staff if I can use restroom and they said no. Like at me like if I was a criminal. Floors and sheets were dirty. I’ve stayed here ma y times over the years and this time I was disappointed
