Positives: Unfortunately, I had a really bad experience. The Room was dirty. First of all Stinks, bed was filthy ( I found in the bedsheets stains, hair, holes with cigarette burns and bugs all over the room. ) everything is very old.
Negatives: I remember the gentleman that was in the front desk, He said to me after I complained that I found bugs in my bed. I have lived in Texas for 25 years and Texas has a lot of bugs everywhere.

Positives: Rooms ok. Very quiet because not more than 10 people staying at any one time
Negatives: I made reservations on Booking.com for one week at check in and total amount was to be $ 454.98 . I checked in and they used my visa credit card but didn't give me a receipt so assumed the $ 454.98 was charged. Paid for a second week and again no receipt. When checking my bank card I found they charged me $ 668.25 and $ 684.25 respectively. so was overcharged.. I also tried to use my AARP for discounts and Kevin Patel refused. He also said there was no booking reservation again a lie. I have photos of the booking and even showed at check in. Subtracting the over charges I am owed $ 442.72. End result if not refunded, I plan to take every legal action starting with BBB, Federal Trade Commission, possible theft by fraud, and filing a legal claim in small claims court here in Greenville, Texas. This about ethics and good business principles which is void in Super Eight's operations especially Kevin Patel,'s attitude. He said he didn't give F.. ...K and to get out if I didn't like it. I'm not going away on the fraudulent act and pursuing every avenue. Larry Kinsey room # 203 .

Positives: Did not eat the breakfast. The room was a No Smoking, but the bed cover had burned cigarettes holes all over it. The toilet flatter needs to be fix. It did not flush properly. The shower had silverfish running around the tub. I did not shower. The floor in the bathroom had pencil shaving and long hair. I was not b pleased.
Negatives: Clean the room has it was your own. And maybe an exterminator would help.
