when we checked in on friday night they charged my card for the stay. when we got ready to check out I noticed my card was charged again. the employees at the front desk acted like I was charged only once but my account was charged twice. I am still trying to get this resolved. My question has never been answered yet. Why was i charged twice in the first place.

The maid didn’t knock she merely walked in the room 10 minutes before checkout. There was spiders and bugs and a horrible smell in our room. We switched rooms twice and I’m guessing the smell is in every room. Couldn’t watch tv the cable only has 3 channels. Very horrible place to stay
