Proximity to event.Dog friendly, Responsive staff.Climate control was responsive.
Negatives:
So it did not smell smokey it still had ashtrays and cigarette burn marks on the furniture and the bathroom counter. The baseboard in the bathroom was not repaired. bigger pillows or more. They gave me extra when I asked.
Positives:
Pleasant staff, convenient location. Very clean & comfortable. Nice to have coffee pot in room. Close to Dollar General for groceries or supplies.
Negatives:
The drapes were room darkening, but the walls didn't diminish the interstate traffic noise all night.

Location was great. Only 3 minutes from the wedding venue and right off the interstate. There was a dollar general within walking distance and a shell gas station nearby as well.

Everything clean but nobody at front desk to checking we waste $---the other hotel we have to get to shower and go to meetings we have but to far for meeting place so we back the one we book at first more close to location for the meetings
Negatives:
Show up to checking nobody was there I wait almost 2 hours outside and nobody still at front desk so I have to get another hotel available for --- at night so we just went to shower go to meeting we back later at 7 to checking the one we book so we lost 91

This place has roaches !!!! Crawling on the bed in drawers and on the floor ! They do not keep up with this place like they should! I absolutely would not stay here ever again! Watch the cleaning service they take things that dont belong to them!!

The room was nice clean we went to a funeral and stayed there and having the convention store close by was also nice

Run down. First two rooms we were shown had dirty stained couches, walls yellowed. Felt dirty. We were finally offered a room on upper level that had newer clean carpet and was more recently painted.

the mattresses need an update! very old or just uncomfortable. it has bath tub but no way to stop up unless you use a wash rag or something.
