It was good only thing is when we got there, in the shower there was soap and wrapper left in there from previous people

The restroom was not very clean . It had hair from previous guest. The water from the shower had no pressure and barely came out

Honestly, I can't say anything good about this hotel. I got carried away because it had very good reviews.

Well, first of all, when we arrived, I made the reservation online and the manager was asking if they had clean rooms. When they cleaned them, they put us in a room. When we arrived, the floor was dirty. They hadn't even swept. So, they decided to move us to another room that had the same problem: they don't sweep. The bathroom was dirty. The fan was also dirty and the mirror was dirty. And they didn't check the refrigerator. There was food that was I don't know how old.

I'm sorry, but I didn't like this hotel.
Positives:
The staff was very kind and accommodating. The self-serve breakfast was very good and plentiful. They made the check in and check out experience quick and easy. We were pressed for time as we stayed here to attend a funeral.
Negatives:
The cleanliness left a bit to be desired. The mini fridge had the previous occupant's food and we had to clean it out. There was also no toilet paper in our room and I had to ask at the front desk. It does not seemed like anyone cleaned the room before we arrived as the bathroom sink had ants crawling about and the bath tub had various hairs and dirt on the walls.

The shower door didn’t stay closed, it kept sliding open and water got everywhere.
