Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

It took 3 tries to get a properly supplied and ready room.
Negatives:
The bathrooms were not clean nor was the trash can. The room was a mess, the room was not clean and had no towels or curtains. The kitchen had dirty unwashed dishes. From my part, a very bad recommendation, and as a customer, you want everything clean, but at this moment, very bad recommendations.

Hardly anything, I suppose the mini stove was neat

Almost EVERYTHING. Everything felt disgustingly dirty. Dead bugs left in rooms, Dirty towels with pubic hairs, Tub had dirty feet prints that rubbed off with simple soap and water, bugs crawling in the restroom, staff falling asleep and not answering phones, staff bragging about big tips and having half naked friends hanging out and twerking in the front desk/office. Overall terrible experience

The room was dirty. There were hairs all over the bathroom sink. The fridge was moldy. The bed was inches away from the Ac unit so it was uncomfortable to sleep.

No breakfast included, bathroom need update and when you ask for towels only have two for family of 5. Pool was okay the only thing water was really murky and dirty and water was to hot maybe a little cooler. On the price it was good for 2 night stay but more towels and pool towels.

The room was a great size, bed was comfortable, location was good

The refrigerator in the room, did not work. We made sure, it was on the on position. Just the smell of it, after opening the door, you can tell it's been disabled for a long while. Also the other guest, literally yelling and making noise down the hall, at late hours of the night. When time to check out came, the employee was behind the wall, that's behind the front desk, on a personal call with a family member (LOUD and on speaker). Talking about appointments and who knows what else. It took almost 10 minutes, to get her attention, to give us check out. She did apologize, but it's still very unprofessional.
