We definitely did not have breakfast at facility. So I couldn't tell you how it was. It would be nice if there was hot breakfast such as shelled eggs and not from a box. I did ask the question.
Negatives:
In our room the toilet flush handle was not functioning properly. It was difficult to flush. The cleaning staff should have caught that while they were cleaning.

The room was nasty,dirty, the bed sheets had blood stains and smell like sweat toilet wasn't working. Had a horrible experience!! They moved us to another room that was okay but better then that nasty dirty awful room! The gentleman that helped us apologize and said ,"this has happened before with housekeeping!! "And he would talk to the owner. The owner NEVER contact us or gave us any type of apology/discount. He simply doesn't care!! This hotel is one of the best and newest to this area! Owner should take pride and personally go room by room to make sure house keeping is cleaning each room probably! This has been one of our worst experience stay in a hotel! The pictures are deceiving and rooms look NOTHING like the pictures on hotel website! At checking out the lady who helped us said," you can email the owner he will respond." Well if he care about his business and Especially his guest he should have given the receptionist the okay to give us a discount without us needing to contact him. Poor customer service!!! And to house keeping do your work and be grateful that you have a job. I hope no one else will experience what we did !! We learned the hard way from now on we will inspect the hotel room every time we stay in one and before we even get our luggage down.
