Positives: Breakfast : coffee wasn't good and you were only offering regular coffee no decaf .

Negatives: bed sheets were dirty, we didn't complain at the hotel cause we were already tired and wanted to sleep. But room and bathrooms were clean though. Mattress on the couch was really dirty and no sheets on it. You need to replace the mattress.

Negatives: I didn't appreciate the fact that my room, was supposed to come, with a microwave, coffee' maker' and none of it was on! I keep asking the front desk lady first twice to bring a microwave to my room because I need it! And she keep promising me that she would bring it on the first night, it didn't happen! Then the next day I ask the front desk guy, and it took the whole day to bring it to my room! And when it happens the microwave didn't have the plate ti rotated it?
