Positives:
Location was close to main hotel for rides and meals
Negatives:
Bait and switch reservations…ad never mentioned that specific two-story condos were the ONLY pet-friendly accommodations. What I initially booked and PAID FOR was NOT what we received. A follow-up email seemed odd to me, so I made a phone call. Nan who returned my call never sent me a photo of our room(s(. Now I know why…second floor digs with a steep flight of steps to both br’s; no washer/dryer.
Hotel staff was able to move another reservation and move us at least to a ground floor unit.
We traveled w two dachshunds who CANNOT do stairs.
Manager gave us her card for future bookings at the resort.
We will NEVER use Booking.Com again.
By the grace of God neither of us was injured dealing with the steps.

Whats not to like.... the resort is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and fun. Food was grrat and the so much to do on the property. Will be coming back !

Grounds are nice. Putting Golf was nice.
Negatives:
Pools were all very overcrowded and small. Would not return given that it was difficult to get in water unless you wanted to be in in an overly crowded pool. I’m sure if you enjoy and want to golf all day or own a boat, it is a nice resort to spend time in but
otherwise, not worth the money for a weekend getaway in our groups’s opinion.

Nice resort if you golf I’d imagine, but if you don’t golf, we did not feel it was worth the money.

Negatives:
The service, the cleanliness, and the quality of the food all need major improvement. There is so much potential with the beautiful facilities and location. They just need better general management.
