The staff who helped us and took care of us at the end were great. Demarcus and destiny gave great customer service to resolve issues. Also the bartender I did not catch his name was also great.
Negatives:
The facility is old. The rooms were hot and smelt like urine/dogs. One staff member told us the room we originally had which was falling apart allowed dogs when I did not ask for that.
