Negatives: The hotel is dirty. Not a place to bring a family. The rooms and elevators are dirty. The rooms have roaches. The parking lot is not safe. Broken glass on the ground from vehicles being broken into. Horrible hotel

Positives: The location of the hotel is good, walkable to the Galleria.
Negatives: The room was filthy and needed a lot of maintenance. The roof looked spotty, the shower had rust, the door lock was broken, and so much dust everywhere. We were just there to sleep, but expected so much better.

Negatives: I did not like the fact that the entire hotel smelled like marijuana!!! Never again will I stay here. We felt like we were always being watched, the parking lot was filled with cars with people just sitting in them.

Positives: The smart tv was my favorite thing because it had Netflix and YouTube! The location was also my favorite
Negatives: The room size was very small. Due to COVID-19 all the amenities was closed but it wasn’t said in the description when I booked the room

Positives: I liked that you can connect your phone to the tv and stream Netflix and other stuff. Not a lot of hotel TVs do that.
Negatives: Having to pay for parking. I thought I'd be saving money on a fair priced room, but then I had to fork over 22 dollars for the parking alone. Didn't like that.
