The lady at the reception was very nice and helpful
Negatives:
The valet service is the most disgusting and disappointing of all. They dont bother to come to get your car. Even if they are right there they wont come to you. You have to initially park your car and walk to them. And thats when they recognize your presence. No one even tries to help you with your luggage. Also, the room was small compared to other hotels but comfortable.

When we arrived at 5pm our room wasn't ready. We missed half of our event that we had drove 5 hours to attend. The air was broke in our room, it was humid and 75.We were exhausted for the 5 hr drive back home.
