Stayed three nights and had to bring our own laundry to and from room to desk to get fresh linens . No elevator or offer to assist in carrying luggage up flights of stairs for a 3 night stay. No mattress on the couch bed in the original room on the first floor we were in had to relocate up stairs. 3 people staying in a room and only 2 towels provided at a time.

Only requested them to that I need a delayed checkout facility. The staff in the evening said yes but in the nursing they called me to left the hotel at 12:00.
I was driving from Austin and need a perfect and more sleep before driving back to Austin for 160 miles.
I am diabetic and always need a good sleep after every meal.

Positives:
Front desk staff ( ie Denise and the other gentleman who checked me in) were very courteous and professional. Bed was very comfortable and very good shower pressure; no issues with hot water. Hotel was quiet during our stay which was great.
Negatives:
Hotel is quite dated and definitely could use some renovations. First room (107, I think) I was checked in to smelled heavily of mold and window curtains were not up but I was switched to a different room (208 I think) without any delay. While the second room was better in terms of no mold smell, room did smell of cigarette smoke. Door lock didn't fully work (looked as if the door was previously damaged) and entry light bulb was out.
