Staff was very unfriendly at check-in and throughout. TV did not work. We called several times and they repeatedly told us someone would come look at it, but no one ever did. The room was old, outdated, and bathroom tub did not look clean.

No cold water in restroom sink & shower. Toilet did not flush & after being "fixed" it overflowed out to the hallway. One of the outlets was shorting. We plugged in a charger and all the lights in the room went out. We unplugged the light and got shocked

Well to be honest I been to Other Hotels too which those are cheaper than This hotel but found them very good I wasnt expecting this service from Crown Plaza, I kept calling for Refrigerator even Coffee Machine even Dryer too Nothings was there inside

It was so difficult for me to spend a night without Those Things later on I came to know Theyve charged my card 20$ for Parking WTH. For one moment I dont mind to pay this amount but I shouldve The Room Equipments. I wont recommend anyone to visit

The staff was ok but not helpful with any matters.
Scalding hot water in our room. Toilet water was steaming hot. Could not take a shower due to scolding hot water. The hot water was unexpected and caused slight burns. Maintenance was unable to fix the issue.
We requested to be moved to another room. The new room was smaller than my initial room in my reservation. Iron was dirty and ruin my clothes.
Coffee pot did not work in new room. Desk phone did not work in my original room.
