Negatives: Staff was very unfriendly at check-in and throughout. TV did not work. We called several times and they repeatedly told us someone would come look at it, but no one ever did. The room was old, outdated, and bathroom tub did not look clean.

Negatives: No cold water in restroom sink & shower. Toilet did not flush & after being "fixed" it overflowed out to the hallway. One of the outlets was shorting. We plugged in a charger and all the lights in the room went out. We unplugged the light and got shocked
