The ambient lighting in the room needs attention. Also I was expecting an oven and the kitchenette did not include one. This tho Isnt within the ability of the hotel to fix - on my last night the fire alarm went off 3-4 times. A kid being annoying.

The reception staff were excellent ! We had left a small item behind and they called us immediately and will mail it. Thank you. Breakfast is breakfast........very greasy though. Few healthy options.

the rom was so dated and over crowded with unnecessary furniture and an oversized TV in the middle of the room. Housekeeping does not replace coffee supplies. Housekeeping does not speak English . Lucky we speak Spanish, but this is the USA, and English should be required, just as Spanish is required in South American countries.
