Positives: I had to move from the 3rd floor to the second floor because we had a roach in our room. They wouldn't not even accommodate us for the inconveniences. They said the roaches comes out when the rooms are sprayed. They didn't even give me a credit for having to change rooms. Won't stay there again.

Positives: The staff helped with changing rooms.

Negatives: The first room I was in was on the second floor facing the parking lot. The flood lights blasted my room with light, even around the black out curtains. The room wasnt very clean, especially the bathroom. I did change to the 4th floor and it was better. Breakfast was okay but, even though I ate well within the hours, there was no fruit for the yogurt. When I asked the staff if there was more (the container was empty), they just shrugged.
