The hotel lobby is so nice along with the bar/eating area. we spent most of our free time there as the rooms are grungy. furniture & carpet stained and could really use an update. bedding was clean though.

the one elevator that was working was scary and stairs not easily accessible.

No hot water the entire stay, one elevator of 2 didnt work. Only Pork meat options for breakfast. Should have healthty options.

Convenience to Galleria and spaciousness of rooms
Negatives:
Only one elevator was working. We had no hot water on our floor and had to move. Our coffee maker didn't work. They raised their parking rate to $30/night but said they would remove the charge because of the inconvenience of moving rooms and then didn't.
Positives:
Kindness of staff, and willingness to take care of any needs which may have arisen.
Negatives:
There are two elevators, and one was out of order for my entire stay.
