Positives: Everything except the filthy front desk staff

Negatives: The front desk staff Shauny or Shaunice was totally rude and treated my business like it was not wanted. This was all centered around me having spoken with Booking.com. They told me they have agreements with Extended Stay of America not to charge deposits to users of Booking.com. I relayed this information to her and almost immediately she came at me with a strong attitude. I got about 5 words out of my mouth and she cancelled my reservation and tried to get me to leave the Hotel if i didnt want to pay the deposit. She didnt want to discuss the issue at all and was just overall very disrepectful.

Positives: The staff was great and were very quick to respond if we needed anything - a plunger, toilet paper, etc. They specified they would not check our room except for once a week, so asking for those things we were out of was not an issue.

Negatives: The pool was not open - even though the days were warm. I would have appreciated knowing this BEFORE we got there. We planned our Spring Break time around sitting outside by the pool but had to scramble for other activities since there was no pool available. :(
