Good
Positives:
This reservation was made by my direct supervisor almost last minute so other ratings or reviews were not considered, unfortunately!! The 2 people I encountered at the front desk were genuinely nice people who did their job.
Negatives:
The "free" continental breakfast consists of 1 packet of instant oatmeal, don't worry there is a thermos with "hot" water for hydration, and 1 prepackaged granola bar or 2 of each. I would have maybe accepted that at the peak of the pandemic!! Also half way through the 2nd of a 3 day trip I arrived to my room to find ZERO running water!!! I left the next morning without a shower as it was still down..

There was roaches bad. Smelled horrible and the website said breakfast and pool. They even had pics of breakfast and pool and there was neither. No pool and only coffee for 2 hours. Then the coffee machines were put away by 9am.

Positives:
The staff was very helpful, the 3rd shift lady was a great help, she helped reprogram my room keys. Also the guy on first shift was helpful and communicated well
Negatives:
Everything was ok, my room was infested with roaches even a few roaches in the refrigerator, also in the bed crawling up my arm. Also the internet wasnt good I had an issue connecting my Xbox.
