Between Thursday, Apr 18th, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Apr 19th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Apr 19, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night's charge (Hotel policy).

Negatives: I do not expect for 3 stars class hotel. The building was kinda old and not maintained well, Soap was hard and seemed has be recycled many times

Positives: The property is well-located just of Highway 59 in Houston, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and the Medical Center. We had a quiet room at the back. The room, kitchen and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable and the wifi worked well. It’s a ‘no frills’ kind of place; for the price, it was a good accommodation.

Negatives: The furniture was chipped and tired-looking. Tho the kitchen area is relatively large, it’s completely un-equipped. Couldn’t even make coffee. We had to ask for plates, cups, cutlery, the coffee maker, pots/pans, etc. No toaster was available. No dish washing liquid, either.
