Negatives: We woke up with bed bug bites on us! This had never happened to us before, and most of the bites were on my neck, chin, and inner thighs. The hotel staff member, after seeing all the bites, said I would get a refund. It took me going through my PayPal and credit card company to eventually finally get my money returned. Both the hotel and booking.com kept saying I would get the refund, but they never actually sent it through for many weeks.
