The hotel in the corridors and the rooms hall was stinky. It looks like past smoking or hard to say what.maybe old furniture, the paint on bathroom doors was peeling, old funitures were sticky, corridors were painted which too chip paint? Didn't look good, effort put in renovation was wasted by few shortcuts in savings on materials what I assume... Face it in bathroom was leaking, microwave was turning on its own, oven markers were seated. The worst was the odour, we wanted to resigned but finally stayed and put air refresher to mask the odour. Probably room service only in 2 weeks and many men not carrying for cleaning of the room and probably smoking are making this stink... Also the offer is not true: the breakfast is not a breakfast, instant oat with water is not a breakfast, shouldn't be as breakfast included. Sweeping pool was not open but displayed in the offer. We felt cheated...

I absolutely loved the room and how spacious it was for such a great cost. My room was very clean and comfortable. The front desk was nice and the workers were very kind. The hotel is in a great location and safe.
Negatives:
Out of the whole building I didn’t like the elevator and that’s it. It was a wee bit dirty and smelled funny.

Positives:
The staff listened very well to my problems and tried to accommodate by upgrading my room and then offering a full refund after both rooms were not cleaned. They were also the ones who mentioned that reservations online were cheaper. They had a great attitude and were very nice.
Negatives:
Went to room 321- theight switch did not work. The bed curtain was partially hanging off, stained all over with something white/cream, lots of crumbs on the kitchen floor, the bathroom vent was extremely loud, the pull out desk chairs were extremely dirty and dusty and looked like they had been stepped in and not cleaned for months. Room 209 (the upgrade) was better but there was still good on the floor especially next to the stove and there was a live roach on its back in the kitchen.
