I liked the location; it was reasonably close to the light rail which I used every day. I liked the thermostat on the wall, rather than on the AC/Heating unit.

The location was in a great place. The staff was helpful to an extent.
Negatives:
Room smelled like pee or if there was a water issue going on. The tub would make noise with every step like it was gonna collapse in. Also, They could have been more helpful with my issue. I got charged for a second day even after I changed up my booking to one day. I called and called and I kept getting told I would get a call back but nothing. So I got charged an extra stay and I didn’t even stay there. It’s very upsetting.
