Breakfast was better than the usual fare at hotels and there was some variety from day to day. Coffee was always hot (that's been a problem at other hotels.) Staff was very accommodating.
Negatives:
Cleaning the room every other day. I suppose I am not environmentally friendly, but I like fresh towels daily. However, they did bring them when asked.

The breakfest was very nice and staff was helpful and friendly.

The automatic blinds on 2 different rooms did not work. The second room I was moved into had a broke nightstand light fixture. The room was so dark that I had to use my cell phone light to see. The clock radio was set to military time and no way to change it unless you take it apart. That's crazy. The elevator smelled like oil, so nasty. T he towles were old. The bed pillows are so cheap. I would never stay there again. However, the staff is nice but the building and rooms are the pitts.
