The Hampton did not have a room for us apon arrival, then gave us a room that had guest in it, we walked into a room that was acupied at 10pm, I was horrified. The manager said well we are all book up, we had to go across the street to a Holiday Inn.

Easy Uber from airport. lobby was busy but organized. Breakfast was good. Fast check in and check out. Room was clean and fresh, bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
No shuttle from airport. Checkout was crowded as everyone was at the exact same time. Not hotels fault but tons of luggage left by people who were eating breakfast in the way. Seating was full, some with peoples bags. Lots of cruisers.

The only thing I really did not like being there is the smell like cigarette smoke in the room or cigarette smell in around the hallway and the elevator

Nice day was good. I enjoyed being near my grandkids like that so its just the smell I didnt like.

Staff was helpful, check in was quick, rooms were clean and comfortable and location was perfect 5 minutes from airport and easy access to I45. Before I forget! Breakfast was good!

The lady at reception her name is Carla she was so rude with us, showing us she didnt like us. And she was nice with other customers. She put us in the room wife wasnt working, we call her but she was rude she hang up the phone on us, she said nothing she could do. We called again to request a new room and she changed us a room She gave us a dirty room there were pie on the bed. Wife doesnt work in this total Is not clean at all, Some staff are rude, I dont recommend
