The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 4. The room was nice and big and offered everything you could need. The was a problem with their shuttle and 2 of our part members needed to get to the airport, they quickly got them an Uber and paid for it and was so please and nice about it.

More breakfast choices than I had expected, room size was quite large. There is some traffic noise but that's to be expected given the location
Negatives:
We had to wait over an hour for the shuttle due to the hotel next door apparently borrowing it and not returning it until late. We had to call the hotel a few times to find out what was going on. Not a great first impression after a 10hr flight. We didn't have a problem the next morning going back to the airport.
