Negatives: Loved everything about it, not 1 complaint!!

Negatives: The evening staff the night we checked in were great. The morning staff was a different story. Not friendly and down right rude. Their continental breakfast is 20pp and for one trip. The staff rushes you as well.

Negatives: At the Hilton bedbugs garden inn, it was very bad, and they didn't clean well. I was in room 330 for 8 days before I realized I was being bitten by bedbugs. I thought it was a mosquito in the room, bitting me. The bitting started on day 1 of my stay once I laid down. The cleaning staff did not do a good job because they were supposed to change all the linens, but they did not. So as time went on, I said, "Let me sleep in the other bed that was in my room. Well, the bitting continued because when I awaken on Saturday, 23rd, I noticed a bunch of bite marks over my body, and I said mosquitos are not doing this. I undid the covers, looked around, and between the sheets, and there was a little red bug crawling on the comforters and sheets. I immediately went to the front desk and told them and showed them how I was bitten by these bedbugs. The guy Eric was very apologetic, and he put me in another room 420. I had to wash and dry all my things and put them in a trash bag, and tie it up really tight to make sure that I was not taking those bedbugs home. I had to go throw away two pairs of nike tennis shoes valued at $250 because I was not sure if they were embedded in them. So I got cleaned up in the old room and moved everything to the new room.I sprayed everything down with lysol, and I did not sleep in that bed because of what happened to me in room 330. The bedbugs made me very paranoid. I took the towels from the bathroom and put them over the large chair in the new room, and that is where I sat and slept sitting up. The room also had snacks in it, which I thought was very nice, but some of the snacks in the refrigerator were no good, and I had to throw them in the trash. I was so glad when Sunday the 24th got here. I couldn't wait to get the hell out of this hotel.
