Honestly not much the room was big that was nice

I suppose they remodeled not long ago but the work was shotty. You could clearly see where they repainted things not well and what they tried to fix but it wasn't done well. The soaps and wash hung on the wall would fall off exposing screws. The metal framing around the base of the desk came lose and you would accidently kick it every time you walked by. The room was NOT clean before we came in. I pulled out the sleeper sofa for my daughter and the sheets were visibly dirty with stains and underneath was trash that hadnt been cleaned up. There were big chunks of hair on the floor too and nail clippings in the rug. When we went to get into the other bed there was big false eyelashes in the bed. I had to go downstairs twice and get new sheets to change myself because of this and we just slept on top of those with our own blankets as they couldn't move us to another room. I wanted to speak the manager about the situation but he was not there and when he was scheduled to be there I was not able to speak with him.

Honestly, my experience was great, from checking in to check out. Friendly staff. Our only concern was safety because in the parking lot, there was a vehicle on cinderblocks. It was obvious the tires were stolen and lugnuts were left behind.

There was no breakfast available for the first 2 days of my stay, and the staff were not able to recommend somewhere local where I could get breakfast at.
On the first morning, there was a sign saying 'please take a seat and we will come over to serve you' (or something similar to that. I sat for 15 minutes and although there were staff present, no one came up to tell me there was no breakfast being served until I finally got up to ask at reception. I think there was some power outage, or something not working in the kitchen.

There was no warm water for a shower on the first morning. For all other mornings, the water was barely warm.
A cold shower on the first morning of my stay, after a long flight, was not enjoyable

The staff was nice. Only thing I didn't like was how the staff was never in the front desk. I had a problem with my room key so I went to desk to try and fix the problem but there was no one there. I had to wait for about 15 min until I found the person outside in their car.
