Positives: The scenery was nice.
Negatives: After I checked in and went inside my room which was 803. The bed had crumbs in it, the shower hot water was not working at all and the refrigerator was plugged up but not getting cold. I went downstairs and spoke with the front desk to see if I could be switched to another room. He told me he would send someone up and no one ever came nor did he switch my rooms. I am a Hilton honors member and the service I received was horrible.
