The room does not get cleaned every day. When I went to go ask for towels they did not have anymore. The front desk tenant was rude. I asked if I could wash them and she said we could, but I needed to buy my own laundry detergent. We had to borrow towels from another person we knew. There was not a manager available to speak with either. The customer service could use work.

Like the room, standard for what I usually get when I stay in this type of hotel.
Negatives:
I understand the storm had just hit a few days before coming to stay there. However the costume service was horrible. Staff had attitudes. Didn’t even explain that the elevators didn’t work. My digital key wasn’t working. When I asked the staff about it, I was greeted with an attitude. Like it was bother for them to create a room key to get into my room. Irritated that I asked for any extra pillow.

Room, kitchen amenities were perfect for what my family and I needed. Little snack store was convenient. There were no prices on items which I didn't like though.
Negatives:
There for a week and room only cleaned once. Traveled with a 1 1/2 year old so slept when she slept and even advised the attendant we were out of the room. Finally about the 5th or 6th day I had to specifically ask for the room to be cleaned.
