Everything other that the bed that seems to need changing out.. it squeaks so bed when you go to lay down but everything else was very well kept up and clean

Every staff member I came in contact with was simply amazing. They went above & beyond the call of duty. They even had a basketball for the kids to use at the goal

Everything was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful! The airport shuttle came fast and brought us to the airport.

Wlfi had been not available from midnight, 6 hours or more. We reserve shuttle bus to airport 8:30, but dont come. Shuttle bus came as requesting to front.

It is always lovely to have breakfast, and the room was very nice.
Negatives:
I was very pleased overall. I must point out that there were no USB plug-ins for cell phones which may seem like a small matter. However, I have found that nearly all hotels I've stayed in have USB plugins built into the lamps or wall outlets.
