We loved our stay! Was a two night stop over between flights (NZ to UK); the beds were very comfy and large, the room a good size and clean, with a great shower! The restaurant served delicious food, the pool was refreshing, and staff helpful and friendly. Oh and the absolute ease getting from the airport - hop on a little train at the bottom of the terminal and takes you straight to the hotel, total highlight for our toddler, plus staff organised helping get our bags to our rooms and the airport. Everything you what you want for in between long flights!

Excellent location. Front desk staff were extremely helpfull. Had a minor issue with the AC, the maintenance lady fixed it in no time. I would like to thank the front desk lady who helped me with checking in.

c) service is very attentive - ALL you staff
Negatives:
a) booking entered my names backward, so on check-in (very busy) it took a while to find my reservation.
My last name had become "William"! My reservation number did not help.
This also made it impossible for me to get wifi, until I went downstairs to the Desk.
b) A room in the North Tower meant walking outside in the cold rain. Who invented that architecture?
