Negatives: The room I booked had a tub, the reason why we need a tub in our room is because my two year old daughter only takes her bath in a tub and likes playing in the water and our stay was for three nights, they gave us a room with no tub, said nothing upon checking in, I came back to the receptionist told her nicely that this is not the room I booked, rudely her response was we are full and we got more them expected guests, I explained to her why we need a tub, she said you booked threw booking not threw us so it's a third party and all this talk that makes no sense, I simply told her mam I booked a room with a tub for my daughter please change our room or do something just show that you care, and why didn't you from the beginning before checking us in tell us sorry we don't have a tub in your room will you like to proceed, she replied to me if you want I can give you a refund !!! The room had gum stuck to the table, the sofa bed sheets I swear are dirty and stained, one pillow had a bad smell to it , the ac was super cold like unbearable, the moment it turns off the room is super hot, so either freez or sweat no comfort zone , the plastic plates used for breakfast were very very dirty, luckily they had paper plates and cereal bowls to use. The eggs were disgusting, there was water underneath the eggs in the bowl for some reason, regardless of all this I still recommend this place if you need to be in that area and maybe your luck will be better than ours.
