The breakfast is good but they take it away very quickly, they told me that they took it away at 10 am and at 9:30 they took it away when we were just eating the food, the manager was there and she ordered her employee to take everything away and she wouldn't let us take food. very bad experience. The entire hotel smells of marijuana, EVERYTHING, even the elevator. I asked for a room with 2 beds and they gave me one with only one and a sofa. The manager did let me know but I didn't like it. I would never return and I would never recommend it to my friends and family. It is a terrible hotel, which is a shame that the brand lends itself to being discredited like this.

The floors were dirty in room and in hallways. The spa didn't work and there were dead bugs floating in it. Breakfast? Toast, bagels, cereal, juice and package of oatmeal. Nothing hot to eat. Coffee was empty most of the time. I paid for upgrade on room....rip off don't do it! The phone didn't even work!
