Positives: I like the location of the hotel which is why I've stayed here so many times before.
Negatives: Bugs in the room, the lady checking us in was on the personal phone call that she answered in the middle of "helping me". Security is lacking and the locks on the side doors were removed. No breakfast except cold pastries and bad coffee. Wont be back.

Negatives: They put me in a room at the end of a long hallway and it had not been cleaned and still had other peoples stuff in it, so then they put me in another room 2 doors down and it as OK. When it came for returning my deposit they did not,it took 2 weeks.

Negatives: I can't believe the management has so little common sense for the basic customer service! How can you have a 4 story hotel with an elevator and not have luggage carts? That is idiotic! Ice machine on 2nd floor was out of service. Coffee maker not working

Negatives: Checked into my room, someone was already in there. Got a new room, drove to the back door to unpack my bags into the room but the entry door would not accept my key, I drove back to the front to get a new key that would open the door. No internet & hot

Positives: The staff was very nice and accommodating. The property itself was nice. It had a resort feel to it.
Negatives: The televisions did not work in the rooms. I was transferred to a second room due to the televisions not working. The bathrooms were old, shabby and needed some serious updating. Hotels on freeway service roads are a beating. They require extra driving.
