Negatives: 3rd for that we were on smelled like a dirty cat litter box very strong, trash every where, pool was trashy had dirty bands aids and trash in it, turned in light when we woke up roaches were EVERY WHERE!! bathtub was clogged wads of hair in the shower, carpet in room was very dirty like it hasn’t been vacuumed! when we arrived to check in the lady working the desk was on her phone and didn’t acknowledge that I was staying there waiting to check in she even walked right past me on her phone to go lean on the other counter while still on her phone, but another customer that was of a different race then me came in and the lady got off her phone to help her and as soon as she was done helping her she got back on her phone then looked at me like I was inconveniencing her and said can I help you. all of this was right in front of their front desk camera so hopefully the manager will view the footage and retrain their employees on customer service and that their job pays their bills not their phone!

Positives: The breakfast was very good. The breakfast area was well maintained, cleaned & restocked during our various times as a family going down during breakfast service.
Negatives: The side exit & entrance near the front desks & elevator was disgusting. I was upset it was the closet door to my car. Even the building & concrete at that door were gross
