The pool , hot tub were closed , shower was broken the whole time we were there , requested clean towels for each day only got them twice, Mostly the broken shower!!! They fixed it once , but it was still broken.. We stayed there at that hotel for the hot tub and then it was closed, the bar thst they advertised was closed .. very disappointing.. I asked for a discount at check out and was told NO !!!
