Positives:
We enjoyed our stay at Modern B&B , the breakfast was great and the location is great.
Negatives:
Although spacious, the rooms are are not very comfortable. They are furnished like college "dorm" rooms. There should be more consideration for how the guests will use the room, especially the seating, sitting only on the bed is not fun. The hot water is very slow on the upper floors and there are repairs that need to be done. There is not always enough available parking to advertise "free parking"
