Trash was not taken out with housekeeping, floors were so dirty made my feet and socks visibility brown with dirt, did not get more toilet paper when I ran out, my bed was not made with housekeeping, bugs and roaches when i first went into my room and up until the end of my stay, and the room had a very unclean smell.

Positives: It had cat scratches all over chair. Comforter had a whole cigarette burn throughout both sides it should have been thrown away. For some reason the floor stayed moistured I don't know if it was from the AC unit, or for having mopped and the water not properly removed. Could not figure out what floor was dirty.
