Positives: The location is great for what I needed. Its a very walkable area if you have a dog which is what I needed.

Negatives: The room I requested was suppose to be smoke free, but reeked of smoke. There was a cockroach in the room when I first moved in. Overall room was uncomfortably dirty and parking lot had glass and dog poop all over it.

Positives: They don't offer breakfast...? The location is good geographically, but its in the heart of Jersey Village aka Police on the prowl central

Negatives: The housekeeping ladies do a half job and most days stand right outside your door talking so loud it sounds like they're arguing. When you ask them anything they act like they don't understand then will bust out laughing

Positives: Absolutely nothing good. Had to wait to check in because staff was not in office, bedding was stained, floors were stained and dirty.

Negatives: Roaches galore! Left way before checkout due to the roach situation. Took all our belongings and sprayed with roach spray before loading in car that’s how bad it was! No refunds we were told after check in!

Positives: Nice room comfy bed

Negatives: Was flea ridden. Bitten from the bed, and apparently the mini fridge had a leak from ice maker and there was a moldy smell and saw the damage to the furniture it was in and small roaches were also seen. Plus I didn't check to see if pets were allowed, so half my fault on that. Yet still, spray if people have pets n fleas mngmt.
