Negatives: the lady was helpful but for whatever reason everything took forever. expect a 30-45 check in and check out times. area seemed tougher than expected. right off highway so be alert for fast moving cars

Positives: The only good thing was the room was beautiful!

Negatives: Staff was horrible! Than you have to find the staff to get help. No one was ever there in the lobby which was always locked and closed off to guest. The washer took my money and they didn’t give it back. Also no one cleaned my room none of the days. I took my animals in the first part of the mornings so they could, but they never did. I wanted my room cleaned daily but that wasn’t an option!
