Where do I begin. My husband and I arrived around 2 am very tired after moving out of our apartment. We fell asleep right away and the next morning we woke up to find weird writing on the walls, cigarette buds on the carpet, and blood splattered on the restroom door. We asked the front receptionist if we can move rooms because we didn't feel comfortable at all. Her replies and remarks were mockery and rude. She continue making remarks as we asked for a refund because of all the terrible customer service we were receiving. She handed us a receipt and we checked out. Initially we had paid for 3 nights and stayed only 1. We have yet to receive our refund.
