Positives: The lady that works in the morning time is one of the most pleasant people I've met. As well as the lady from night time, she's actually quite hilarious
Negatives: The towels and sheets could have been a lot cleaner as well as the head maid lady, she's a little too rude and headstrong for me

Positives: The receptionist was friendly but not helpful at all. I've stayed at that same red roof inn before and when I went that time they had my room key ready and room set up. Unlike this time I barely got a room not what I asked for.
Negatives: I didn't get the room I asked for, room that they gave me was missing the comforter for the bed, I'm surprised it even had sheets

Positives: Convenient. So much going on. My car. My job and I basically booked there because I was able to pay online. Actually I was impressed how U didn't have to wait once I booked. The young lady handles business. Very rare things are ready when you walk through
Negatives: It's alot that I don't like. I really just wanted to rest. I waited outside over 3hrs. Not your fault I don't have a place. Can't really blame the hotel about overall activity!

Positives: The room was clean
Negatives: I reserved a smoking room. They didn't have any available when I checked in. I wasnt told I had to pay extra to check in early when I called. So when I got there that was another surprised. Left quite annoyed.
