Positives: The front desk was helpful but the lack of communication between staff resulted in an Airport Shuttle service that was unavailable to me, even though I was informed it would be. There was also an issue with booking.com payment and the staff allowed me to check in without paying again. The next day the payment was still not resolved but they allowed me to go without paying as they said they would handle it with booking.com.

Negatives: The airport shuttle was unavailable due to the driver going home early and booking.com messages were unanswered. I had get a taxi which was disappointing as the reason I chose them was for the shuttle service.
