A/c not working at all 2 inch gap under the door, water was coming into the room because it was raining, glad it stopped raining Location is hidden behind bldgs not visible from highway sign too small

The customer service was excellent, however, the guest environment was very uncomfortable and rude.

It's more like an apartment complex environment verses professional establishment. You don't know some of the staff from guests

The hot water faucet in the shower did not work. I was told I T would be mad r I g before someone could make repairs.

The pool was clean and the kids had fun.

Burn holes, stains, and itchy bedding, no fan in the bathroom for ventilation, rude owner (I asked for extra towels and was given grief about it because housekeeping had left). Also, I am not a picky person but this was the worst place I have ever stayed.

The first room that I was given by the hotel had a damn CAT in the room. Yes, a real live cat. Then the second room had roaches. Not the water bug roaches but the inside pest baby roaches. There was a lot of drug activity.

The guy at the front desk was nice enough-- other than that, I liked absolutely nothing about this hotel
