Positives:
Very clean and comfortable. During our first night our room's air conditioner was making a loud, metallic noise so we mentioned it to the front desk at breakfast. When we returned to the hotel the same afternoon, they had installed a brand new unit! We were amazed and grateful. We were in Houston for medical reasons, so things like this really matter.
The breakfast buffet is also excellent and the hotel even provides guests with The Wall Street Journal. What a great way to start the day!

Room was smelly (like someone had smoked there for years, even as non smoking room), dirty carpeting, poorly maintained. Absolutely not worth the 1700$ the company paid for my 6-day stay there.

Dirty bathroom with small bugs in the shower. Two flies on the bed. Lukewarm coffee maker. Only 2 cups of coffee for 2 days. No milk in the downstairs market and none offered from the kitchen. Only one lift working.
