Breakfast had different choices each day and that was good. Front Desk Staff Brittany was great in assisting with personal car issues.

I had a reservation and wanted a higher floor, but at check-in at 4pm on Sunday, room 113 was the only room available and there were many checkouts in the morning. A friend staying there saw many people checking out. Nevertheless. It met my needs and was comfortable.

I was exposed to a difficult situation in this hotel, as the receptionist did not inform me that there was a fee for pets. He noticed that I had a dog with me, and when I stayed in, he informed my 11-year-old child that there was a fee for the dog, and he withdrew $110 from my account without my knowledge. Upon learning of this, I sent the dog. He went to the car and stayed in it all night. I told the receptionist about this in the morning and she said, “I will call the manager, Felecia Murray.” She was arrogant and did not respect me as a customer. She said, “I will review the cameras.” She agreed to that, and after 5 hours, he called her and she said, “I will conduct an investigation!!!” When I told Ali that you would return the money to me, I said that I was not responsible and contacted someone else’s manager. Also, the room was small for 4 people and had a bad smell. I do not recommend dealing with this hotel at all.
